The 2nd T.H.E. Montgomery HS Senior Serve Dinner

This event is to help our senior families celebrate their senior! Senor Serve is a dinner where your senior will be your waiter/waitress for the evening. You will be able to tip them with special MHS tip money so they can put the tips in a drawing for prizes. Here is how it works:
You purchase a table (seats up to 8 people) or ½ table (seats up to 4 people). You and your guests will be served dinner, YOU decorate the table however, you want. See examples below. Have fun and include anything that brags, highlights and loves your senior! Bring a tablecloth, chair covers, centerpieces, trophies, pictures, ribbons, chargers, blinking lights, whatever you want to decorate your table. Be sure to leave room for a plate for your guests. We will provide the table and chairs only.
What does all this mean or look like? You will be able to decorate your table or ½ table from 3:00pm – 5:00pm. The event will begin at 6:00pm. When you check in, you will receive MHS tip money, BINGO card, etc. During the evening, you can give your senior MHS tip money for being a great server. We will have a few contests during the evening as well. Your winnings will be more MHS tip money for your senior to enter in the drawings. We will have all sorts of items for the drawings. Your senior could bring home a dorm frig, golf game, dinner, and more.
We will have picture opportunities, candy table, dinner, dessert, and games. All the servers will leave with some type of prize. Some will be big prizes and some small.
You can reserve your table or ½ table now through Wednesday Feb. 21st

Each full table will have 1 or 2 servers.
Full table (up to 8 guests) - $160
½ table (up to 4 guests) - $80
When you go to reserve your table you will choose ½ table or full. If you are sharing a table, please include the name of the other senior you are sharing the table. Each table will have a max of 2 servers. If you need to change anything just reach out to [email protected] . Our goal is to have 50 tables reserved. We have room for more if needed.

Tables are round and 60” across.
You will not have access to an electric outlet so if you need power for your table then use battery operated lights and/or props.
We will be playing music throughout the night. So no music as part of your table.
Listen to the music because it is also part of a Bingo game to win more “tips.”
Senior Serve Evening Events
3:00 – 5:00 Table decorating.
5:00 - 5:45 Waiters/Waitresses training
5:45 Check – in for MHS tip money, BINGO cards, etc.
6:00 Music BINGO begins.
6:15 Welcome and explanation for the evening events,
6:30 Dinner will be served.
7:00 Dessert served and dinner clean up.
7:15 Kahoot! Game for dinner guests while servers eat.
7:45 Final tips due for the drawing for the large prizes then the drawing begins.
8:00 Final pictures and table decoration clean up.
